Shipping Policy

For US Customers:

All orders are process within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Multiple orders placed by one individual during a single live stream are subject to receive refunded shipping on some orders but not all. Purchaser will pay the most expensive shipping rate and be refunded some or all of the remaining shipping charges.

 

Shipping charges:

Weights are determined at the time of purchase and may be subject to differences based on packaging used and shipping conditions (hits only or bulk and hits).

 

How to check order status:

When the order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which includes the tracking information you can use to check the status. Please allow at least 72 hours for tracking information to become available.

 

If you have not received your order within 7 days from date of receiving the tracking information confirmation email, please contact us at pyropullstcg@gmail.com with your name, order number and we will look into it for you.
